- Arrive for setting up vending booths at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, at Aguada Axis main entrance.
- Booths will be set up outdoors around the grounds.
- Tables will be set up and available. Please let us know if you need more than one.
- Be sure to have ways to secure you table and items in case it's windy.
- Please bring your own canopy if concerned about rain (the weather looks clear for Saturday at the moment)
- Bring your extension cords if electricity is needed for your booth (not needed for performers)
- For those who need electricity access please contact me through WhatsApp .and we can address your needs directly
- A changing room will be available where needed for performances
- The pool will be available FREE of charge for vendors and performers
- Chef's Table offers a full menu for food and beverage options
- Deanna and Trinity (Aguada Axis Manager) will be available to assist throughout the market day
